Provide Process Feedback

The Process Feedback feature allows all users of a process to provide feedback to the process owner. By encouraging continuous improvement, this feature lets team members express their thoughts and suggestions, so they can amend the process to reflect real-world experiences.

Furthermore, users can create feedback for a whole process map, single activity, document, or weblink. To leave feedback, users can simply tap the feedback button, write a comment, and attach it where relevant.

Additionally, the process owner receives an instant notification when someone submits feedback. They can reply directly or assign the feedback to another team member, thus creating a new workflow task.
