This feature enables you to have a better understanding of how the impact of your process has changed over time, comparing it to historic version quickly and clearly. You can also instantly revert back to a previous version of the process by simply selecting from the version history. This is an extremely useful tool for auditors.

In ProcessPro, versions are organised via publication number, with each revision creating a new entry. You will be able to see which team member edited that version, and whether it’s currently archived or published.
