The Process Feedback feature enables all users of a process to provide feedback to the process owner. Encouraging continuous improvement, this feature gives team members the opportunity to express their thoughts and suggestions so that the process can be amended to reflect real-world experiences.

Feedback can be created for a whole process map, single activity, document, or weblink. To leave feedback, users can simply tap the feedback button, write a comment, and attach it where relevant.

The owner of the process will receive an instant notification that feedback has been submitted, with the ability to reply directly or assign the feedback to another team member, thus creating a new workflow task.

ProcessPro also enables external third-party users to leave feedback via a shared link.
