Role-Based System
ProcessPro is a role-based system. Roles are assigned to stakeholder types and to steps within processes, rather than to individual users. This approach makes it easier to maintain continuity when personnel change—whether due to reassignments, leave or turnover.
When someone new steps into a role, they automatically take over its responsibilities without the need to manually update each process. For greater flexibility, related roles can be grouped into role families, allowing multiple roles to share responsibility for specific steps.
